I bring a unique perspective to corporate wellbeing: a decade of hands-on experience in fast-growing tech companies combined with personal experience overcoming burnout.
Having worked in HR and People Operations at Spotify, Werlabs, and Kry, I understand the real challenges of scaling organisations: leadership development, manager support, talent and project management, onboarding, culture-building, and daily HR operations.
Through my own journey with burnout and recovery, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t - when it comes to sustainable high performance.
Now, as an ICF Certified Wellbeing & Performance Coach (PCC), I help organisations and their leaders create workplaces where people thrive, feel supported, and perform at their best.
All programs are available in English and Swedish, and can be delivered in person or online via Zoom.

As a Certified Leadership Coach, I bring both strategy and heart to the process. Most of my clients work with me for 3–6 months to create momentum, build clarity, and see real transformation unfold.

You can choose from my signature sessions or we can tailor something specific to your company’s needs. Sessions typically run for 1 to 1.5 hours - short, sharp and seriously impactful.
